Important COVID update - School closure 5th January 2021
We are devasted to hear the last minute news that school must now close until February half term. As you can imagine this leaves a lot for us to organise and very little time to do so.
We will be open for children of parents who are both key workers and vulnerable children from Wednesday.
We will be open on skeletal staff tomorrow for those of you from the above group (including Oak & Willow) who cannot find alternative childcare facilities and have to go to work. Please only use this facility tomorrow if you absolutely have to. Please send your child with a packed lunch.
We will be sending out a booking form for key worker children tomorrow which you will need to complete for a place from Wednesday onward and will also be contacting all vulnerable children who may require a place.
Details will be sent home tomorrow about how to access the on- line teaching and learning that will be delivered and monitored by your class teacher. This will not necessarily be live teaching but your teachers will be on line and available every day.
Key worker and vulnerable group (The hub) will be taught in two key stage classes as they were prior to the summer term (KS1 and KS2).
Please look out for more detailed information which will follow tomorrow. Please also remember that we are available at school to offer any advice and support that we can to you as families and I urge you to pick up the phone should you need to.
Many thanks, we will get through this together.
