Miss Adayah Moschovich

Hi, I’m Miss Moss and for the past few years I’ve been working in a primary school in Gloucester. I studied Early Childhood Studies at university in Cheltenham before completing my PGCE in Primary Education there too. I love working in Reception where every day brings curiosity, determination and joyful discoveries from the children. It’s such a special year because you get to see them explore, grow in confidence and make so much progress as they find their voices and independence. I especially enjoy story time, music and dancing and I’m absolutely delighted to be part of the Lympstone team. I am enjoying living by the coast and love swimming in the sea anytime of the year!

I studied Psychology at the University of Plymouth before completing my PGCE in Primary Education. Since qualifying, I have worked at the Beacon Primary school in Exmouth before joining the team at Lympstone Primary School! I am currently the subject coordinator for History. I am passionate about making learning fun and hands on as well as helping children to grow a love for learning. I love supporting children to find their ‘thing’ and celebrating those passions, whether it be academic, creative or otherwise!

Mrs Gemma Hall

I studied Theology at the University of Birmingham before completing my PGCE at the University of Hertfordshire. I began my teaching career in a large primary school in Hertfordshire, where I led Key Stage One, before moving on to become an Assistant Head in an infant school. I’m now really excited to be joining the wonderful team at Lympstone Primary and to be part of such a caring and dynamic community. One of the things I love most about teaching is that no two days are ever the same. I’m passionate about building strong, positive relationships with the children, helping them believe in themselves, and supporting them to develop a growth mindset — encouraging them to see that they can achieve anything they put their mind to.

I studied for my BEd Primary History here in Exmouth, at Rolle College. Since becoming qualified I have taught in a variety of settings including schools in Luton and Devon, across both key stages. Currently I am Art and Design and Design and Technology coordinator. My absolute favourite part of teaching is seeing that excitement and pride children get when everything just clicks into place. I try and make my lessons fun, exciting and hands on so that children can enjoy learning just as much as I do.

I studied at Bristol and Manchester Universities and have a degree in Neuroscience.  I have experience of teaching in a large school in south Manchester before moving to Devon, where I have taught at several local schools then settle in Lympstone Primary.  I lead Modern Foreign Languages in school.  My strengths as a teacher are thinking up exciting and active ways to get children to love learning, and really caring about how each child is feeling every day.  I love the chance to be part of lots of little lives and how varied our working day is.

Mrs Hayley Reynolds

I studied Theology at Chester and St Martins University. I started my teaching career in Staffordshire, before moving to Poole in Dorset and then finally moving to Devon where I have taught since 2006. I currently lead Early Years, Early Reading and Phonics, History & Geography. I believe in getting to know each child individually, knowing their strengths and how to help and support them to be the best that they can be.  I love being one of the first people who get to have an impact on a child's educational journey; getting them excited and enthused for lifelong learning is a very special gift to give!

Miss Meg Barnes

My journey into teaching began as a one-to-one teaching assistant at Withycombe Raleigh Primary School, where I had the joy of supporting children for three years while studying for my degree in Primary Education with the Open University. Following this, I went on to complete my PGCE at the University of Exeter. I’ve always been passionate about nurturing a love for learning, and I’m dedicated to helping every child recognise and celebrate their own unique successes. I truly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and feel confident in their learning journey. I also want to instill that learning can be creative and fun!
