We are passionate about providing children with opportunities to enhance their learning in the classroom. Each year children have fantastic trips and visitors to linked to their topics to support their learning.

Residential opportunities
Wildwood
Children in Year 2 get the opportunity to spend a whole day at Wildwood, staying until it's dark where they learn about survival, make shelters and cook in the wild.
River Dart
In Year 4 children have the opportunity to go on an overnight camp at The River Dart Country Park. They get involved in Orienteering, Stargazing, Nature hunts, erecting their own tents and cooking dinner. It's a lovely environment for children to work as a team on a wide range of outdoor activities that build long lasting memories.
Heatree
Year 6 start their final year at primary school with their residential to Heatree House. They get to develop their friendship bonds, work to together as a team and challenge themselves personally with a wide range of adventurous activities.
Surfing
Year 6 end their year on a high with an overnight camping trip and surfing lessons in the beautiful setting of Bigbury. This trip is a real celebration of their successes at primary school.
