Schooling of young people in Lympstone has taken place for many hundreds of years, usually associated with one of our parish churches. The primary school has used the current site since 1831. Building work in the 1980s saw the end of outside toilets. The school has grown again more recently with the addition of our fantastic purpose built Foundation and Year 1 building. This includes a dedicated outdoor learning environment for our Early Years children.
Available from the OFSTED web site.
As a Church of England school we are regularly inspected under the SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) framework. Please click here for our latest report.
